Yes. We recommend starting with an intro class however, if you can’t make our intro class times, Pilates Flow 1.0 will be okay to take. Our instructors will guide you through the reformer and help you feel comfortable. Please let the instructor know it’s your first time!
I’ve never done Pilates before. Can I still come?
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move. Grip socks are required.
For best results, we recommend 2–3 times per week.
How often should I come?
All new clients should begin with Pilates Flow 1.0 unless they have prior reformer Pilates experience and are cleared by an instructor.
Which class should I start with?
Is Pilates good for weight loss?
Pilates can support weight loss by building lean muscle, improving strength, increasing consistency, and helping you stay active however, nutrition is always the major factor.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can help you get familiar with the studio and equipment.
Do I need grip socks?
Yes, grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene. We have them available for purchase at the studio.
Yes. We offer private events, birthdays, bachelorettes, team events, and special studio experiences.
Yes. Private and semi-private sessions are available upon request.
