Studio Policies

We want to thank you for being a member at Precision Sculpt Pilates. We wanted to remind everyone of our studio policies:

  • Grip socks are mandatory to take class. No shoes are permitted in the studio

  • Please do not adjust the footbars or any part of the reformer!  Faulty equipment will result in the studio being down a reformer. Please ask the instructor to adjust any equipment.

  • Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of $30. The no show fee is now $45. No exceptions.

  • An updated card must be on file for all members. Future bookings will automatically be canceled with negative account balances.

  • 8 class & 5 class memberships- classes expire 30 days from your billing date, they do not roll over.

  • Unlimited members-may take 1 class per day. If you add yourself to multiple classes, they will be canceled & you will be responsible for the $30 late fee.

  • Phones must be SILENCED if they are brought into the studio. If phone calls are answered during class, you will be asked to leave. This is distracting for the instructors.

  • There is a 5 minute grace period once class begins. Anything later and you will not be let in. The studio will be locked and you will be responsible for the $45 no show fee.

  • No children are permitted in the studio, no exceptions.

  • Waitlist-the waitlist moves very quickly, please be prepared to take class. If you are on a waitlist and can no longer make the class, please remove yourself from the list. If you get off and can't make it, you will be responsible for the late cancellation fee. If you are on multiple waitlists, you will be responsible for the late fee if you are added into multiple classes.

  • Changing class times, same day, will result in the $30 late fee.

  • Memberships can now be paused for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 4 months (in a 12 month period). Memberships cannot be canceled while in a pause status and pauses cannot be extended, no exceptions. Exact dates are needed to pause memberships. A freeze form must be completed in order to pause your membership.

  • Membership cancellations-a cancellation form must be filled out and one last payment must be processed in order to cancel, regardless if a payment was already made within the billing period.

  • New members must take at least 10 flow 1 classes in order to take any 1.5 class. (If you have Pilates experience, you must ask an instructor if you are clear to take 1.5 classes) If you add yourself to an advanced class before taking 10 flow 1 classes, your bookings will be canceled

Please be sure you have downloaded the Precision Sculpt Pilates App!

As always, please be kind and courteous to one another & our staff. We love having you all at the studio!
